CORTES is a festival of audiovisual shorts with a specific theme: the LGBTTQI+ universe. From new perspectives, it seeks to generate a space for the dissemination of Argentine and Ibero-American achievements, promoting the visibility of dissident bodies, identities and sexualities.

‘Mal del Cap, Naratives Mal Dites" is the name of the International Festival of Short Films and New Narratives that Mal del Cap, Cultura Mal Dita of Eivissa has been running since 2014.
This festival aims to be a meeting place and a place to generate ties between the participants and the citizens of Eivissa with the aim of consolidating itself as a space with the potential to forge encounters for audiovisual exhibition and creation.
‘Mal del Cap’ is an independent festival based on experimentation and the search to find new ways of narrating or expressing through the image, and to this end we are organising a short film competition to encourage the participation of citizens, especially the youngest members of the population.

The Huánuco Film Festival is a cultural event that celebrates and promotes the film industry in the Huánuco region and Peru. Films not presenting sufficient technical qualities for good public screening can be refused after checking of the prints by the Print Checking Unit of the Film Festival Office. Our first season received 187 submissions from 46 countries around the world. Among them are not only Emmy Award winners, Oscar and Bafta qualifying finalists, but also filmmakers who have been shortlisted for the top three European film festivals. It is an honor for us to be recognized in this way. Originally we only prepared a cash prize of 4,500 CNY, but we did not expect that so many outstanding filmmakers would actively participate. Now we have decided to add prizes that worth a total of 3,0000 CNY as an additional reward.

Our film festival is an annual event. Each year, a diverse slate of extraordinary official selections are invited to screen their projects in person at the iconic TCL Chinese Theatres located in the heart of the entertainment industry on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles, CA.
