The Roman road VIA XIV has crossed the Monterrey Valley for 2,000 years. Today the roads and railways, some of them built on the old Roman roads, and others that run parallel and a short distance away, give us an idea of its importance and validity.
During all this time they have been a path of new ideas, progress and culture. The Verin short film festival wants to continue this path of culture, bringing the gaze of creators from all over the world around carnival, emigration and the border.

As we do so, we showcase the art and power of storytelling worldwide and gather communities to share diverse cultures, viewpoints and conversation. With support from our many community partners, we celebrate independent film as the rich, cultural, economic and educational asset it is.
Located in the central portion of Nepal, Kathmandu is known as the “Temple City of the World”.
Kathmandu is also home to a large art and music community, a growing filmmaking community, and generous patrons of the arts making Kathmandu audiences a hallmark of the festival. Sophisticated movie-goers of all ages and backgrounds - hungry for the quality independent film - audiences are receptive, opinionated and genuine. Screening a film at KWFF is a catalyst for generating awareness and buzz in the epicenter of the country that radiates through the region.
CURT’ARRUDA - Arruda dos Vinhos Annual Film Festival aims to present national and foreign cinema, stimulating film production through the attribution of awards for best rural short film and the best short film from Arruda dos Vinhos.
CURT’ARRUDA is a film festival focused on rurality. It is organized by Cultura deGrau – Cultural Association.
Over seven years Oftálmica has positioned itself as one of the most important film shows of the state and even one of the most outstanding in the southeastern region of the country. SHORT TO THE POINT (STTP) is an international short film festival dedicated to discovering and presenting distinctive cinematic voices from around the world.
Founded in 2009, STTP has presented curated monthly screenings and annual editions in over 50 cities across 3 continents and 13 countries. Over nearly two decades, the festival has built a respected international platform for short-form cinema, showcasing films in curated programs that emphasize artistic identity and strong directorial vision.
The 2027 Budapest edition marks a refined and focused chapter in the festival’s evolution - a carefully curated selection of works that reflect the vitality, necessity, and formal innovation of contemporary short cinema.

In the two editions of Colombia Terror Fest has shown that the local genre fans are very broad, and that is why we want to encourage other activities around it, such as the creation and exhibition of audiovisual products. The Barranquilla International Horror Film Festival, framed within Colombia Terror Fest, will be a festival dedicated to our favorite genre, which will aim to demonstrate that in the Caribbean Coast and in the rest of Colombia there is talent to create stories far from places common that most national cinema has perpetuated. There are 3 categories: - General = Fiction Animation shorts of all themes and all directors
- Kids for Kids = Animation Short Films made by children up to 12 years old intended for children also
