Temple University’s NextFrame, a student run, online film competition, celebrates the work of students from many versatile backgrounds. Dedicated to the artistic vision of young filmmakers everywhere and the use of emerging technology, NextFrame provides an easy to access festival platform for the work of all undergraduate and graduate filmmakers.
For the past 20 years, NextFrame has been internationally recognized as one of the world’s premiere touring festivals for showcasing student work. NextFrame celebrates the 20th anniversary, and to adapt to changing modes of distribution, the project has grown from a touring festival to an exciting and innovative online film competition. NextFrame curates student work into a professional streaming platform.
NextFrame Student Film Festival accepts cinematography projects, thesis projects, and all other student work made by undergraduate and graduate filmmakers who have held a significant production role (Director, Producer, Screenwriter, Cinematographer) on their project.
A jury of filmmakers, scholars, film/video academics and industry professionals select NextFrame’s Award Winners, who receive product grants and cash prizes from our corporate sponsors. Our sponsors have included Adobe, Final Draft, and American Society of Cinematographers, to name a few.

Le Festival international du film pour enfants et adolescents OJO DE PESCADO est un événement annuel au Chili qui rassemble les contenus cinématographiques et télévisés les plus récents et exclusifs du monde entier destinés aux enfants et aux jeunes.
Le festival est organisé par la CORPORATION CULTURELLE OJO DE PESCADO, une plateforme d'exploration et d'action qui, par le biais de la projection de films et de la promotion de la création audiovisuelle, vise à garantir le droit des enfants et des jeunes à l'éducation intégrale, à la communication et à l'expression de leurs opinions.
La 11e édition du festival du film Ojo de Pescado se déroulera en ligne sur tout le territoire chilien et en personne uniquement dans la région de Valparaiso (si la situation sanitaire le permet) entre le 5 novembre et le 15 novembre 2024,

Clifton Film Fest is an award winning indoor and outdoor film festival located in Northern Virginia. We showcase original films made by the surrounding community at the Workhouse Arts Center in Lorton, VA. There is day showings in the Workhouse Arts Center's theater in building 3 at 4pm and an evening showcase on the quad at dark. The Clifton Film Fest is for original films made by creative people. The festival’s themes are the environment, ecology and sustainable development in a comprehensive sense. The Birdies Film Festival is an international festival in London with the aim of empowering young and amateur filmmakers (16-26) from all around the world to build on their skill sets and confidence in their creations.

The 2026 edition of the Jaipur International Film Festival (JIFF) was organized for the first time in Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
Now, the 18th edition of the festival will be held in Jaipur.
The Delhi edition was more successful than expected, with thousands of filmmakers participating and making it a remarkable cinematic celebration.

Launched in January 2009, Jaipur International Film Festival -JIFF became expanding establishing name in organizing world film festival every year in Rajasthan.
The purpose of this film festival is to promote new movie makers, exchange of knowledge, information, ideas & culture between India & other nations in context of their social and cultural ethos. JIFF also promotes friendship and co-operation among people of the world through the medium of films & documentaries.

Le 10e Festival du Film de Farinha est de retour ! ! ! Nous revenons avec la proposition d'allumer la flamme culturelle de l'échange et de l'apprentissage dans la culture cinématographique. C'est pendant le festival que les arrière-terres de Paraíba vivent des réunions de manifestations culturelles, à travers des expositions de productions audiovisuelles régionales et nationales, avec des espaces de rencontre pour la discussion et l'apprentissage, ainsi que des spectacles de films, des panneaux, des ateliers, des longs métrages et des spectacles.
Conscient de l'importance des médias audiovisuels dans la société espagnole d'aujourd'hui et, en essayant d'en faire à la fois un média de communication et d'éducation, afin de promouvoir des valeurs de solidarité et de tolérance, le Festival international du film social de Castilla-La Mancha est né et se tiendra à Tolède. Le festival comprend plusieurs sections, dont un concours de courts métrages et de documentaires. Les questions sociales incluent : la xénophobie, les conflits générationnels, le travail des enfants, la violence domestique, les rôles sociaux, l'écologie, les droits des enfants, la coexistence, etc.
Le Faludi Film and Media annonce son 25e festival international du film thématique et le concours photo associé. La devise de cette année est CADEAU.
Le thème de cette année est « Cadeau ». Le cadeau n'est ni une récompense, ni une compensation : il s'agit bien plus d'un sacrifice. Lorsque nous faisons un cadeau, ce n'est pas à partir de notre excédent. S'il n'y a ni engagement ni abnégation, cela n'a aucune valeur. La valeur est que nous donnons ce que nous sommes, ce que nous sommes comme un cadeau à l'autre, ce qui nous permet de nous dépasser tous les deux. Cela montre clairement que tout est et peut être un cadeau, qu'il n'y a rien de tel que « je le mérite ». C'est un cadeau pour pousser l'homme en fauteuil roulant vers la lumière du soleil, pour préparer une trousse d'aide pour ceux qui en ont besoin, pour emmener les enfants au zoo. De plus, c'est aussi un cadeau pour respirer, respirer, pouvoir marcher, lever les pieds et les mains, voir avec les yeux, guérir et accepter l'immuable - le battement du cœur, le travail des vaisseaux sanguins, ce sont tous des cadeaux. Offrir un cadeau est un cadeau en soi.
Les concurrents sont invités à traiter ce thème sous la forme d'un film ou d'une photo conformément aux termes et conditions du festival. Nous recherchons des œuvres élaborées et exigeantes, adaptées à la création d'un forum, dans le langage des images, pour un dialogue entre différents points de vue et opinions.
Les inscriptions sont évaluées par des jurys internationaux.

Le Festival international du film afro « Ananse » vise à rendre visibles les aspects culturels et sociaux de la population noire. Travailler dans le cadre d'un circuit qui permet aux nouveaux cinéastes de faire connaître des mouvements alternatifs pour réaliser des vidéos sur les personnes d'ascendance africaine dans le monde entier.
« Ananse » est le premier festival qui invite les cinéastes de tout le pays à créer des espaces visibles des productions représentant les points de vue des communautés noires.
15e Festival international du film de moyenne durée LA CABINA, qui se déroule à València (Espagne) du 8 au 18 novembre 2022.
Created by Jose Ruiz, Jr., the Co-Founder of the Manhattan Film Festival in NYC, as an opportunity to introduce his love for independent film into the city & community that he grew up in, the West Side Film Series is an opportunity to showcase independent cinema, on an ongoing basis (Twice per month), to an audience that is not typically afforded the opportunity to experience such quality artistic film. Located in St. Paul, MN -the West Side Neighborhood has been home to many immigrant communities, and was once dubbed, "The Ellis Island of the Midwest". Today, the neighborhood is home to a respectful, diverse community that has flourished through local business impact, and is continuing to evolve as a flourishing artistic town. The series will be open to all in proximity, including the booming Lowertown Arts Community! A great opportunity to showcase your film to a great audience to build buzz for your film. Proceeds will go to benefit Prodigy Sports, a local organization that provides quality athletic training opportunities to high school students from various communities.
With submission to this film series, films will also receive free submission to a film festival that will be announced shortly, to be held in beautiful Downtown St. Paul, recently named "The most romantic city in North America"!
