Brussels Short Film Festival is an exhibition intended for cinema lovers, both audience and professionals. The purpose is to promote and circulate short films and to generate contacts between audience, young directors and professionals.
Since 2018, the winner of the Great Prize of the International competition will be eligible for consideration in the Animated Short Film/ Live Action Short Film category of the Academy Awards® without the standard theatrical run, provided the film otherwise complies with the Academy rules.

Batumi International Art-House Film Festival (BIAFF) was established in 2006. The founder and organizer is “Batumi Art-house ARGANI". BIAFF is an annual event held in second half of September in Batumi (Georgia).

Sofia Independent FIlm Festival (So Independent) is the first and most exciting American independent film festival in South East Europe. The Festival’s goal is to present films that don't usually reach the screens in Bulgaria and surrounding regions, and to show a side of American cinema that the audience cannot find in mainstream production. In it's 8th edition, the festival invites new works from american and international independent filmmakers. The festival showcases between 50 and 80 premieres in ten days, followed by exciting parties in the heart of the City of Sofia which was named "Creative City of Film" by UNESCO in 2016.

MISSION
Master of Art Film Festival is unique cultural event and the only in Eastern Europe international film festival for Documentaries on Art. It takes place in Bulgaria – Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna.
The festival focuses on different artistic approaches on Art.
Its program is dedicated to Documentary cinema that represents the artistic vision both on history of Art, Contemporary Art forms and to celebrate the multicultural diversity in our time.
Our goal is to show documentaries that manifest the talents and the creative process in the following categories: Architecture, Design and Fashion, Art and Power, Contemporary art, Culinary art, Fine Art, Photography, Literature, Music and Dance, Theatre and Cinema.
Documentaries produced and released after January 1, 2022 are eligible to the competition of Master of Art Film Festival. The festival pays attention also on modern tendencies in Video Art and Advertising.
The mission of Master of Art Film Festival is to create an alternative platform to the mass culture. We want to create an opportunity and to contribute a dialogue and cooperation between artists. The festival is the biggest forum in Eastern Europe for young documentary filmmakers, tempted to tell inspiring stories about the Art.
Master of Art Film Festival is organized by Spotlight Production Company, The National Palace of Culture and ‘Master of Art’ Foundation with the financial support of Municipality of Sofia, AURUBIS BULGARIA, Bulgarian National Film Center and etc.
The festival funds are raised by participation fees, financial subsidies, donations, sponsorship and tickets.
The 8th edition of the festival will take place in а hybrid form - simuntaneusly online and with screening in Art cinemas:
• 9 - 29 February 2024 - Screenings online on a special Festival platform available only from Bulgaria and in Art cinemas in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Stara Zagora.
• Summer edition - August/September 2024 in open air places.

WHAT ARE THE ISSUES OF THE FESTIVAL? The participants' short films should cover one of the following issues:
Community Health. Health is understood as an issue that is not individual, and therefore, it is possible to collaborate, help or promote community health processes by placing the emphasis outside the health center, rather on the other resources and people that generate health in the community. community.
Demedicalizing the everyday. Actions aimed at reversing the process of medicalization of life, understood as one in which events of daily life are converted into health problems, and from that perspective are approached and treated by different health professionals.
From the prescription drug prescription to the social prescription. Deprescription can be seen as the process of disassembling prescription drugs through their analysis, trying to solve their paradoxes. And social prescription as the referral that is made to a person who goes to the consultation to non-health resources that exist in the community.

HOW MANY SHORT FILMS CAN BE SUBMITTED?: Unlimited.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR THE SHORT FILMS?
The short film should last a maximum of 6 minutes, excluding the official start and end cover titles.
Short films with direct or indirect advertising from any sponsor, product or service will be rejected.
The first 3 seconds must contain the official competition cover title, and then the title cover, the title and director of the short film.

FKM, Fantastic Film Festival of A Coruña, is a Festival especialiced in horror, fantasy and science fiction films. The competitive sections involves the best shortfilms and featured films produced in 2020 and 2021. Only Argentine citizens or foreigners residing in the Argentine Republic may participate in the competition who comply with the terms and conditions of these regulations.
