NÒT FILM FEST is dedicated to great INDEPENDENT FILMS and creating opportunities for their film makers. An open air film festival offering a unique festival experience that is more than just outdoor movies.

Our mission has been honored throughout the festival's past editions, held in Santarcangelo di Romagna (Italy) , a small village near Rimini nested in the hills by the Adriatic coast.
The festival 2019 edition featured 63 THOUGHT PROVOKING FILMS between features, shorts, documentaries and fashion films hailing from 24 different countries including 4 World premieres, 12 European premieres and 38 Italian Premieres. We presented these films in the beautiful setting with the Old CIty of Santarcangelo as perfect backdrop for an independent film festival and a premier tourist destination in its own right.

Up-and-coming writers, directors and producers, alongside seasoned veterans and film lovers, converge for the weeklong celebration of independent cinema, making NÒT FILM FEST a great place to find the next, great, visionary films.
In the commitment to create real opportunities for our film makers and launch their career NÒT FILM FEST created several partnership to offer Special Awards, education, distribution opportunities as well as daily networking events to connect in a friendly and informal environment.

The Aesthetica Short Film Festival is a BAFTA qualifying international film festival based in York, UK. ASFF is an important outlet for moving image and digital culture, creating a platform to champion film internationally. The festival holds talent development at its core and leaves a lasting legacy by inspiring innovation in film. Its eighth edition ran over a five day period, providing opportunities for talent development, networking and inspirational film viewing.
The 2019 festival will mark our 9th year of film screenings, masterclasses and guest programmes. As the festival grows and develops, we strive to bring more of the best cinema to audiences in York, accepting short, feature and VR works from the most innovative filmmakers from around the world.

The municipality of Gravina di Catania and the cultural associations “Gravina Arte” and “No_Name”, organize the event “Via dei Corti” – 10th edition of the Independent Short Film Festival.

The Unreal Film Festival is an annual film competition held in September in Memphis, TN. The festival accepts both short and feature length films from all over the world, but only films that fall under the horror, sci-fi, and/or fantasy film genres.
2017 sees the first year of the Wheels and Fins International Film Festival - an event attached to The Wheels and Fins Festival (in Joss Bay, Kent) which is running for its fifth year. A festival that showcases all things great about the coastal lifestyle - surfing, skate, BMX, craft beers and music. In 2017 we are launching the first ever Wheels and Fins International Film Festival powered by Bou Mou Productions, an opportunity for us to celebrate the very same things on film.
We are screening all of our Official Selections at the wonderful independent Palace Cinema in Broadstairs, Kent (UK) where there will also be presentations from key people in the sports cinema world and a chance for the winner to screen to 5,000 daily festival-goers over three days at the main Wheels and Fins event in September.

The International Short Film Festival Psarokokalo is an annual festival held in Greece since 2007. Turku Animated Film Festival is a fresh international film festival that celebrates the creative mind and the art of animation.
TAFF seeks to promote animated film culture both in Finland and internationally. Inconvenient Films is an international competitive human rights documentary film festival, taking place in various cities and towns accross Lithuania. Entries requirements:
-> All films must have been made in or after 2012 and have English subtitles (unless English is the main language spoken); A creation date does not apply in case of the screen writings from being stopped for submissions, but the submitted must be in English or have a copy translated in English;
-> We accept shorts, documentaries, animations, experimental, music videos, web and new media, commercials (all specified previously under 45 minutes); feature films and feature documentaries (any length, 45 + minutes);
->A description between 50 and 150 words;
->Trailer (not required for movies under 7 minutes; optional) and the film must be submitted as an on-line screener (Vimeo preferred) which may be embedded on the website for visitors to see your creation; you can further opt for modifications in your entry;
->Cover of the film/screen writing or a defining photo;

Digital Griffix film awards changed a bit over the years and is now an IMDB listed international online awards competition taking place each three months.
Each three months our jury determines the best films in each category. Note that we do NOT screen films online or onsite. The films are screened privately by the jury. Our goal is to help filmmakers take the next step in their career. Our jury is composed of award winning filmmakers who perfectly understand the hard work put in independent filmmaking !
The VER CINE 2024 Festival is a production by Benguela Produções e Eventos Culturais, which aims to:
a] Promote Brazilian cinematography, considering the different genres and formats;
b] Enable exchange for production in all states;
c] Enable democratic access for the Baixada Fluminense public to recent audiovisual production;
d] Disseminate cinema due to its importance in affirming a cultural identity.
Ojo al Piojo! International Children's Film Festival is organized by the Rosario Audiovisual Center of the Ministry of Culture and Education of the Municipality of Rosario. The eleventh edition will be held from August 18 to 21, 2022 in the city of Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina.
Ojo al Piojo! it is part of the public policies that the city of Rosario offers for children, protecting and guaranteeing the right to access cultural property, in accordance with the International Convention on the Rights of Children and Adolescents.
Promotes the exhibition of quality short and feature films understanding in this concept that cinematographic resources (script, photography, editing, performances) must be appropriate for children; the themes and interests are representative, the story and the narrative treatment is attractive and interpele as well as the language, appropriate to the age of the target audience. The works must contemplate a broad and integrative view of inclusion and cultural diversity.
