Buenos Aires Rojo Sangre (BARS) est un festival international de films consacré aux genres de l'HORREUR, de la science-fiction et de la fantasy.
Né en 2000 pour mettre l'accent sur le cinéma de genre indépendant, et depuis 2004 sous la forme d'un festival compétitif.
The Sandalia Sustainability Film Festival has an important role in raising people's awareness of sustainability issues through cinematographic works, offering an opportunity to exchange ideas with people from all over the world, thus promoting values, spreading knowledge and techniques. , with the aim of inducing virtuous behavior, for a sustainable present and future. We assume that the first step for the awakening of consciences is to be able to access the right information, meaning the information purified by political, economic and speculative interests, the one that also reveals the truths that are often hidden.
We think that the audio-visual medium is a very effective means to inform with emotion, to suggest new possible existential models, to envisage new solutions to problems, to connect people from all over the planet, in order to safeguard Mother Earth and for a present and a future that is dignified and happily livable for everyone.
The Festival takes place in Sardinia, and in this edition it will take place, always in itinerant form, between the end of July and the beginning of October, also involving the Schools. In the various stages will be screened all the films in competition and even some out of competition, and will propose workshops, meetings with directors, seminars, conferences, shows, markets, related to the cinema and sustainability.Art.2 THEMES
All sustainability issues are allowed, at the discretion of the proposer; it will then be the pre-selection commission to assess whether the subject of the proposed film is themed, and to assess the presence of a minimum of technical-artistic requisites to be admitted to the Competition.
The film can be a denunciation, thus showing situations that do not respect the principles of sustainability, or the enhancement of sustainable practices. Both types of films are important and allowed, as the first step towards a more sustainable world is to understand in depth all the aspects resulting from what human beings do, as individuals and as groups, and in many cases this means showing unsustainable situations, and even situations that, although they seem sustainable, are not, giving all the information necessary to make them understand why they are not.
The following list shows as an example some of the areas on which the subject of the proposed film may relate: some areas concern unsustainable practices, others are virtuous models of sustainability, and still others are generic areas in which both unsustainable and practical practices can be implemented sustainable. As already mentioned, we believe that showing unsustainable choices and actions - highlighting why they are not - is one of the steps to get to put into practice, and to demand that sustainable choices and actions be put into practice.

Art.3 PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WORKS
Individuals or groups of people of any age and nationality can participate.
The author can use a pseudonym or an artistic name in the titles of the work, while in all the documents sent he will necessarily have to write the personal name, indicating in brackets the pseudonym or the name of the art used.
The works admitted to the Competition, without limits of duration, are:

The submitted works may have been produced in any year, and may have already been presented in other competitions.

Transhumant Festival est un événement cinématographique engagé pour la transformation sociale.
Il vise à toucher des publics éloignés de la culture, à la fois géographiquement et en fonction des circonstances sociales, afin d'en faire des participants et de présenter des sujets qui concernent la société et qui ne sont pas suffisamment diffusés dans les salles de cinéma, les médias ou les canaux de distribution audiovisuelle habituels.
Il présentera des œuvres cinématographiques nationales et internationales ainsi que des reportages de photojournalisme axés sur :
- Recherches sociales, politiques, environnementales, montagnardes, journalistiques ou historiques.

The 9th edition of SantangeloInCorto, short film review, is organized by the Sant'Antonino Martyr of Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi in collaboration with the Issa Oratory. The event will take place in August 2018 in Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi (AV).
The theme of short films is free.
Participation is open to works in any language, provided they are subtitled in Italian.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject works whose contents may be considered explicitly offensive to public morality and / or violating the rights of the individual or any other rights of third parties.
They can not participate in the Work Contest with a commercial use, though free of charge.
The previous participation in other national or international festivals does not preclude participation in the festival;

En 1981, sous l’impulsion d’André ABET et de la ville de Cabestany, les premières Rencontres du court-métrage naissaient. D’année en année, grâce à la volonté de véritables passionnés, cette manifestation a su s’épanouir en séduisant un public toujours plus nombreux tout en gardant son aspect convivial. Car, outre la qualité de la programmation, ces « Rencontres » sont aussi un lieu d’échange entre le public et les réalisateurs, dans une ambiance toujours festive, aidée il est vrai par les nombreux « verres de l’amitié » offerts après chaque projection.
Ce rendez-vous international du court-métrage accepte les animations, clips musicaux, documentaires, film expérimentaux, fictions et reportages de moins de 30 minutes.
AZYL SHORTS est un événement unique en Slovaquie ainsi qu'en Europe centrale. Nous créons un espace pour présenter les auteurs de courts métrages et de clips musicaux. Notre objectif principal n'est pas seulement de préparer soigneusement le concours lui-même, mais aussi de créer une plateforme qui garantira la promotion des artistes auprès des professionnels et du grand public.

The 3nd edition of "MOVIEMMECE - Cinefestival of Biodiversity of Food and Cultures" will be held in Naples, Italy, in October 2019.
The contest can be attended by Italian autors and filmmakers under 35 who realized a short movie about food topic. Food should be understood as a vehicle for cultural exchange and for research into social, environmental, cultural, ecological or civil issues. The winner will receive a prize of 1000 Euros. More prizes will be assigned by juries composed by schools and cinema students. The partecipation in the contest is free of charge.
The festival aims to sensitize the target abut the food topic as a very relevant social and ecological issue, connected with human rights, biodiversity conservation and ecological sustainability of human productions. So, the young film makers selected by the Festival will be invited in Naples during the screening days, for public screening of their works and meeting with the public, institutions exponent and other young and senior film makers, to share and compare their works.

Le festival en est à sa 16e édition et accueille des poètes, des vidéastes, des réalisateurs, des écrivains et tous les artistes qui abordent le thème du festival : le cinéma et la poésie. La section cinéma est réservée aux courts métrages de vidéopoésie, aux courts métrages de fiction, aux vidéoclips et aux longs métrages.
Le festival accepte les films intéressants pour les personnes gaies, lesbiennes, bisexuelles, intersexuelles et transsexuelles.
