The 3nd edition of "MOVIEMMECE - Cinefestival of Biodiversity of Food and Cultures" will be held in Naples, Italy, in October 2019.
The contest can be attended by Italian autors and filmmakers under 35 who realized a short movie about food topic. Food should be understood as a vehicle for cultural exchange and for research into social, environmental, cultural, ecological or civil issues. The winner will receive a prize of 1000 Euros. More prizes will be assigned by juries composed by schools and cinema students. The partecipation in the contest is free of charge.
The festival aims to sensitize the target abut the food topic as a very relevant social and ecological issue, connected with human rights, biodiversity conservation and ecological sustainability of human productions. So, the young film makers selected by the Festival will be invited in Naples during the screening days, for public screening of their works and meeting with the public, institutions exponent and other young and senior film makers, to share and compare their works.

In jedem Fall sollten Copyleft oder Copyright nach 2022 gelten.

One of the main events dedicated to the promotion of contemporary production of Ibero-American animation cinema reaches its 17th edition punctuated with attractions, in addition to the already traditional parade of the main animated productions in Portuguese and Spanish.
For the next edition, exceptionally, Baixada Animada will receive films from other countries outside the Ibero-American region that will make up the "AniMundo Show", a parallel out-of-competition show.

SUMMA3D-Wettbewerbskategorie für Produzenten, Regisseure und Autoren, die die Entwicklung eines animierten Kurzfilms im Laufe des Jahres 2020/21/22 abgeschlossen haben. Dieser wird auf Projektebene evaluiert: künstlerisch, strukturell und finanziell.
Das Filmfestival Ponferrada erneuert seine Ziele, sich auf die Verbreitung und Förderung von Kurzfilmen auf der ganzen Welt zu spezialisieren, ohne deren Produktion, Vertrieb, Ausstellung, Kategorie, Geschlecht oder Themenformat zu berücksichtigen.

The festival is being annually held in the city of Moscow since the year 2011 and contains 4 events:
- opening screening
- closing awards ceremony
- master-class and Q&A with movie stars
- film festival competition program screenings in cinema theatres
The Awards ceremony takes place in a big concert venue (changing every year) and consists of the show program and the ceremony of granting awards which is divided into the following jury voting categories:
- awards granted to local film distribution companies for the blockbusters screened in cinema theatres of Russia in the reported year;
- awards granted to young directors and producers as competition program. The category is called “Hope for Survival”;
- awards granted to World stars for the contribution to horror genre
The Awards ceremony is always visited and recorded by a large number of mass media.
The Master-class is a so-called Q&A horror convention held in a cinema theatre in a form of a question-answer session between the star guests of the festival and the audience + autograph session. The event usually ends with a premier film screening.
The festival program is a week non-stop screening of new movies in several Moscow cinema theatres. The films-participants of the competition program are being selected by the festival’s jury. Submissions are being analysed and accepted by the festival's organization committee during the whole year.
The festival's schedule usually also contains a pre-party and an after-party arranged for the honored guests and winners.
The TV version of the festival is televised by Tricolor TV platform.
The festival specializes in all sub-genres of horror and action film industry, i.e.: cartoon horror, comedy horror, psychological thriller, trash horror, zombie horror, giallo, slasher, suspense, detective, action, fantasy, sci-fi etc. Starting from the year 2013 the festival also specializes in survival horror video games sphere.
The festival is annually visited in person by World-known honored guests. FICAMS, Antarctica’s International Film Festival about Environment and Sustainability is a competitive festival that gives and teaches community members, through films, diverse views related to our habitat and culture. General themes of the audio-visual pieces are base on the environment, nature, sustainability, climate change, recycling, and renewable energy sources.
Audio-visual production are exhibited and discussion panels are held during the festival, hence promoting debate around socio - environmental realities from different places of the world, allowing us to learn about problems but also strategic solutions in tight relation to our local reality.
FICAMS as an eye opener experience enriches us with a southern hemisphere perspective, redefining the means by which we should contemplate our planet, reminding us that a sphere has multiple viewpoints, where geographical cardinality loses all meaning.
