The festival offers a contemporary and liberal platform for the filmmakers of the World to exhibit the excellence of the film art form. The aim is mainly to contribute to the understanding and appreciation of cultures of different nations. We hope to present complex human situations of this rapidly changing world in the globalized era. The Festival Committee reserves the right to exclude films which are not in conformity with aims of the Festival, or which could offend the national feelings and susceptibilities of any participating country, or are likely to promote racial discrimination. Films not presenting sufficient technical qualities for good public screening can be refused after checking of the prints by the Print Checking Unit of the Film Festival Office. Our first season received 187 submissions from 46 countries around the world. Among them are not only Emmy Award winners, Oscar and Bafta qualifying finalists, but also filmmakers who have been shortlisted for the top three European film festivals. It is an honor for us to be recognized in this way. Originally we only prepared a cash prize of 4,500 CNY, but we did not expect that so many outstanding filmmakers would actively participate. Now we have decided to add prizes that worth a total of 3,0000 CNY as an additional reward.

Every quarter, we award the best independent short films curated from around the world, against a high standard of merit and a very competitive acceptance rate. The award winners of 4 quarter editions qualify for the Annual Awards.
Hollywood Storytellers is an International Film Festival and Script Competition that aims to celebrate, support, and reward exceptional voices in cinematic storytelling. Our inclusive platform allows diverse filmmakers and writers in multiple genres and mediums to showcase their unique talents and innovative perspectives worldwide.
Our film festival is an annual event. Each year, a diverse slate of extraordinary official selections are invited to screen their projects in person at the iconic TCL Chinese Theatres located in the heart of the entertainment industry on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles, CA.
With a focus on promoting underrepresented voices, we strive to cultivate a compassionate community that encourages creative collaboration in our highly competitive industry, no matter age, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability, or creed.
Call for entries are currently open and will close in January 2025. Notifications will be sent in February 2025, with ticket and screening information for the festival event in March 2025.

Our festival and awards focus on bringing value to all filmmakers, making it our mission to assist in necessary areas to reward their current projects, make their next ones a reality, and help move them closer to their careers goals.
Our team believes in the power of perspective. It is essential in enriching the culture of our industry and bringing a more inclusive experience to mainstream genres and mediums. Filmmakers of color, female-identifying filmmakers, LGBTQ+ filmmakers, disabled filmmakers, filmmakers over the age of 50, and other relevant voices that have been historically underrepresented will be heard and encouraged to apply.

In 2024, the Iquique International Film Festival (Ficiqq) will celebrate its 15th anniversary. Ficiqq is a unique event in the Tarapacá region that is financed on this occasion by the 2024 Audiovisual Development Fund, and is sponsored by SQM Yodo Nutrición Vegetal and produced by Volcánica Films.
The Santa Fe de Antioquia Film Festival Corporation decided, through the Festival, to turn the municipality of Santa Fe de Antioquia into a large movie theater and show open-air cinema, under the stars and framed in the colonial architecture of one of the Heritage towns of Colombia.
Over the years, the Santa Fe de Antioquia Film Festival has sought to bring cinema closer to the public through workshops, conferences, a central screening of films according to the theme, and training workshops. These activities are designed not only for the inhabitants of the municipality of Santa Fe de Antioquia, but also for inhabitants of Medellín and other inhabitants of western Antioquia and in general for university students, specialized journalists, filmmakers in training, film critics, producers, filmmakers and film lovers who for twenty-three years add up to an annual average of 15,000 festival attendees.
"Screen Short Fest 2024" is an International Short Film Festival, coming back in its Sixth Year. The festival is the brainchild of Mr. Soham Banerjee, an award-winning Short Film Director and entrepreneur.

PetroFF opens submissions for audiovisual works produced from January 2019.
Works on the themes of Petroleum industry, the Environment and Human Rights will be accepted in documentary, fiction, animation/live action of short, medium and feature films footage and a video clips category. Works which fit the UN's SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) are very welcome and may be included in special thematic panels. Works that are related to Petroleum industry and hard working situation will be awarded in different formats..
Audiovisual works of all lengths can be submitted in the following categories:

80 years Atomic Bomb - 15 Years International Uranium Film Festival / One year before the Fukushima reactor exploded, the International Uranium Film Festival (IUFF) was founded in 2010 in Santa Teresa, the famous artist quarter in the heart of Rio de Janeiro. The first Uranium Film Festival then was held in May 2011. Main venue is the Cinematheque of Rio de Janeiro's Modern Art Museum (MAM Rio). The festival is dedicated to all films about nuclear power and the risks of radioactivity, from uranium mining to nuclear waste, from atomic bombs to nuclear power plants, from Hiroshima to Fukushima. It throws light on all nuclear issues.
With a selection of the best films the festival travels also to other cities and countries. Until today more than 80 Uranium Film Festivals took place in more than 40 cities and seven countries like Brazil, Canada, Germany, India, Jordan, Portugal and USA. Since its first edition in Hollywood in 2016, the International Uranium Film Festival (IUFF) is also known as The Atomic Age Cinema Fest.
