"Screen Short Fest 2024" is an International Short Film Festival, coming back in its Sixth Year. The festival is the brainchild of Mr. Soham Banerjee, an award-winning Short Film Director and entrepreneur.
The festival invites all short filmmakers, with their short films, in the live-action and Animation genre, in any language (with English subtitles), within the 20-minute duration (including the title and credits).
The festival aims to showcase the best of the latest National and International Short Films of the world in front of the Film lovers of Kolkata, India.
Cachaça Filmes has held the festival since 2009. It always brings in nationally renowned filmmakers and artists from the area, aiming to offer culture and leisure options, and to favor the region's economy. In the short term we intend to bring an “elite” audience to Vila de Paranapiacaba, and in the medium and long term to bring cinematographic productions to the region.

PetroFF opens submissions for audiovisual works produced from January 2019.
Works on the themes of Petroleum industry, the Environment and Human Rights will be accepted in documentary, fiction, animation/live action of short, medium and feature films footage and a video clips category. Works which fit the UN's SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) are very welcome and may be included in special thematic panels. Works that are related to Petroleum industry and hard working situation will be awarded in different formats..
Audiovisual works of all lengths can be submitted in the following categories:
- Short films (up to 20 minutes), - Medium films (from 21 to 59 minutes), - Feature films (over 60 minutes), - animations/live action (any length) and - Video clips (up to 6 minutes).

80 years Atomic Bomb - 15 Years International Uranium Film Festival / One year before the Fukushima reactor exploded, the International Uranium Film Festival (IUFF) was founded in 2010 in Santa Teresa, the famous artist quarter in the heart of Rio de Janeiro. The first Uranium Film Festival then was held in May 2011. Main venue is the Cinematheque of Rio de Janeiro's Modern Art Museum (MAM Rio). The festival is dedicated to all films about nuclear power and the risks of radioactivity, from uranium mining to nuclear waste, from atomic bombs to nuclear power plants, from Hiroshima to Fukushima. It throws light on all nuclear issues.
With a selection of the best films the festival travels also to other cities and countries. Until today more than 80 Uranium Film Festivals took place in more than 40 cities and seven countries like Brazil, Canada, Germany, India, Jordan, Portugal and USA. Since its first edition in Hollywood in 2016, the International Uranium Film Festival (IUFF) is also known as The Atomic Age Cinema Fest.

Sykehouse FilmFest is an international film festival dedicated to rewarding filmmakers from all over the world. We are running our next live event on 28th June 2025 with back to back screening of selected entries and an award ceremony at the end of the day to announce the winners.

The Golfo de Morrosquillo International Film Festival (FICGO) is a platform for showcasing, training, and promoting audiovisual experiences throughout the region. Through a diverse program of films, workshops, and activities, the festival travels to the municipalities of Coveñas, Santiago de Tolú, San Onofre, and the districts of Berrugas and Rincón del Mar in Sucre.
