Since 2003 the international Festival SIGNES DE NUIT is active in Paris, Berlin, Saarbrücken, Bankok, Quito (Ecuador), Tucuman (Argentina) and now Urbino, as also with special screenings world wide. The festival in Paris actually presents some Hundrets films over the year coming from around 60 countries.
The Festival is searching films, which reflects new views, original imagery and critical approach to the crucial points of the modern human existence. It is a place for cinema that expands its own boundaries, that is astonishing, different, potentially free from the pressure of tradition, ready to give itself to the unpredictable experimentation.
The minor costs of digital production makes an independant- from comercial influences and any kind of censorship- production possible. These independant productions create an alternative, an artistic space very subtle and accessible to all, in contrast to what mass media offer.
This opposition and the preservation of the free cultural space is the goal of the International Festival Signes de Nuit, which has realized screenings and interventions in 23 different countries including Algeria, Australia, Chile, Cuba, Lebanon, Lithuania, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Peru, Russia, Tunisia, Turkey and the United States beside the screenings in main festival in Paris.

El Festival de Cine Dada Saheb Phalke es un festival sin fines de lucro, no comercial y el único festival de cine independiente de la India, establecido en el año 2011 en Delhi, NCR, con la misión de celebrar el cine y la obra de aspirantes a cineastas jóvenes, independientes y profesionales. El festival es importante para la industria cinematográfica india, ya que se organiza el 30 de abril de cada año para conmemorar el aniversario del nacimiento de Late.Shri. Dhundiraj Govind Phalke, considerado el padre del cine indio y recordado cariñosamente como Dada Saheb Phalke por las asociaciones cinematográficas de toda la India y del mundo. Su objetivo es reconocer el cine de la nueva era esclarecedor, entretenido y progresista de cineastas jóvenes y experimentados.
En los últimos años, el festival ha ganado reputación y es considerado uno de los festivales más prestigiosos de la India. El festival crece con los años y atrae a cineastas de toda la India y de más de 110 países de todo el mundo. El festival cuenta con secciones de largometrajes, cortometrajes, documentales, animaciones, vídeos musicales y películas publicitarias. El festival premia a los cineastas en las categorías de producción, creatividad, música e interpretación.
El 16º Festival de Cine Dada Saheb Phalke de 2026 tiene como objetivo celebrar la excelencia en el cine. Dada Saheb Phalke inició el movimiento del cine en la India con sentido real y es el símbolo de la excelencia. Su contribución al cine indio no tiene parangón. Hoy en día, el cine indio está tocando el cielo tanto en términos de contenido como de tecnología, pero vale la pena mencionar que lo inició el legendario Dada Saheb Phalke y solo estamos llevándolo adelante.
Fundado por Educationexpo TV, una empresa líder en investigación y creación de marcas de entretenimiento, y gestionado por Miniboxoffice, el Festival de Cine Dada Saheb Phalke de 26 años brinda a los cineastas la oportunidad de mostrar su creatividad. Si bien el festival está abierto a cineastas de todas las edades, creemos que, al igual que es imperativo apoyar y fomentar la participación de los miembros de la comunidad cinematográfica y de los profesionales, también es importante encontrar y formar a los futuros miembros de la industria del entretenimiento.
Desde 2013, el Festival Internacional de Cine por los Derechos Humanos Colombia ofrece a los asistentes una programación audiovisual, cultural y académica que le aporta a la formación de públicos, al fortalecimiento de las industrias cinematográfica y cultural, a la creación de espacios de diálogo en torno a la vida, la reconciliación, la promoción y defensa de los derechos humanos, y a la construcción de ideas para la paz.
El Festival es el escenario ideal para la comunidad fílmica de Colombia y el mundo que le apuesta a la narración audiovisual con enfoque en derechos humanos, por eso se convierte en la principal plataforma de promoción, circulación, distribución y exhibición de obras audiovisuales cuya demanda es limitada debido a su temática poco comercial.
El Festival se realiza de manera simultánea en las ciudades de Cartagena, Barranquilla, Medellín, Cali, Bogotá, Manizales, Pereira, Quibdó y en cerca de 20 municipios del país.

SiembraFest is a biennial and itinerant Colombian film festival that tours different municipalities in the department of Cundinamarca, facilitating the circulation and appropriation of national film productions, while providing tools for rural communities to actively participate in the construction of their own image.
Through its actions it generates emotional experiences that transform the public. The Festival de Cine Colombiano al Campo is a high-impact initiative that contributes to the generation of alternative exhibition scenarios and the development of new audiences in rural areas of the country, intervening in community spaces that promote the encounter of cinema with art and popular culture.
As part of our effort to contribute to the growth and consolidation of the creative industries, training activities will be held on topics of interest, promoting the meeting of the audiovisual and film sector in the regions.
The Festival de Cine Colombiano al Campo is a space for the promotion, diffusion and support of cinematographic works of national production. Any audiovisual work that represents the natural, social and cultural values of rural communities in Colombia is a film with the particular seal of SiembraFest. Works that address the traditions, practices, popular knowledge, manifestations of daily life or problems that affect rural communities in Colombia, through fiction, documentary and animation, may be submitted.
We value the creative freedom of national filmmakers and filmmakers, which is why our selection will include films of any format, length, genre or technique, as long as they are productions of quality, relevance and cinematographic pertinence. The viewing and deliberation of the films will be in charge of the Programming Committee, constituted by a group of cinephiles, experts in cinematography and subjects related to rurality who share criteria with the artistic direction of SiembraFest.

El UNFRAME FESTIVAL se focalizará en la Producción Multimedial en sus aspectos artísticos, comunicacionales y técnicos; generado desde el interior de la Argentina un espacio para la promoción e inclusión federal y latinoamericana.
El festival es organizado por la Carrera Licenciatura en Producción y Diseño Multimedial y el Instituto de Diseño Multimedia, dependientes del Dpto. Académico de Cs. Exactas, Físicas y Naturales, de la Universidad Nacional de La Rioja; es un evento con fines académicos y culturales.
Esto favorece y garantiza el espíritu artístico e independiente del Festival, puesto que no hay entidades comerciales involucradas, salvo en caso de tratarse de posibles patrocinadores del evento.
El perfil del Festival es de índole inclusiva, por lo que las categorías de participación

El Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes de Delhi es uno de esos exitosos esfuerzos iniciados en 2012 por Miniboxoffice, con exitosas ediciones de 2012 a 2025. El festival reúne cortometrajes pensados, altamente creativos y atractivos de todo el mundo para satisfacer el apetito de los cinéfilos de la capital de la India. El objetivo del festival es establecer una industria de cortometrajes paralela al cine comercial.
La 15ª edición del Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes de Delhi (2026) está destinada a crecer muchas veces. El año inaugural, 2012, fue un gran éxito, seguido de exitosas ediciones anteriores y goza de la credibilidad de ser uno de los festivales de cortometrajes más confiables de la India.
