Il Festival internazionale del cinema per bambini e giovani OJO DE PESCADO è un evento annuale in Cile che raccoglie i contenuti cinematografici e televisivi più recenti ed esclusivi di tutto il mondo rivolti a bambini e giovani.
Il Festival è organizzato dalla OJO DE PESCADO CULTURAL CORPORATION, una piattaforma di esplorazione e azione che, attraverso la proiezione di film e la promozione della creazione audiovisiva, mira a contribuire a garantire il diritto dei bambini e dei giovani all'educazione integrale e alla comunicazione e all'espressione delle loro opinioni.
L'undicesima edizione dell'Ojo de Pescado Film Festival si svolgerà online in tutto il territorio cileno e di persona solo nella regione di Valparaíso (se la situazione sanitaria lo consente) tra il 5 novembre e il 15 novembre 2024,

- Lungometraggi per bambini e adolescenti.
- «Young Filmmakers» (cortometraggi realizzati da bambini o giovani).

Temple University’s NextFrame, a student run, online film competition, celebrates the work of students from many versatile backgrounds. Dedicated to the artistic vision of young filmmakers everywhere and the use of emerging technology, NextFrame provides an easy to access festival platform for the work of all undergraduate and graduate filmmakers.
For the past 20 years, NextFrame has been internationally recognized as one of the world’s premiere touring festivals for showcasing student work. NextFrame Student Film Festival accepts cinematography projects, thesis projects, and all other student work made by undergraduate and graduate filmmakers who have held a significant production role (Director, Producer, Screenwriter, Cinematographer) on their project.
A jury of filmmakers, scholars, film/video academics and industry professionals select NextFrame’s Award Winners, who receive product grants and cash prizes from our corporate sponsors. Our sponsors have included Adobe, Final Draft, and American Society of Cinematographers, to name a few.

Lo shnit worldwide shortsfestival è una piattaforma di primo piano per la mostra e la promozione di cortometraggi. Questo festival è un evento transnazionale unico che si svolge contemporaneamente in dieci città dei cinque continenti. Il festival è composto da tre segmenti principali:

It’s a festival in your pocket, your purse, your backpack! No need to drive to a venue, find parking, walk to the theater, buy a ticket. We’ve skipped all that and just went straight for the good stuff.
We’re not only looking for hardcore filmmakers, but ANYONE who owns a smartphone and has a little creativity. Why 15 Seconds? Ask Tout or Instagram. It forces filmmakers to get to the point right away, to tell a quick story and leaves their audience wanting more. Your audience will never drift away, tune out or walk out. Even the person with the shortest attention span will get your film!
We want your film if it’s original, dynamic, weird, touching, hysterical or thought-provoking. Anyone can shoot a 15 second film on their phone with just a little bit of planning and little to no budget.
Submit your film for the hell of it, for accolades, or because your mother think’s your Spielberg. It’s only $5 to submit and who knows … maybe we’ll select your film for our “featured” channel with Tout where a boatload of people can view from their phones or computer. 11th Bangalore Shorts Film Festival-22 è un movimento per riconoscere e diffondere il lavoro di cineasti giovani ed esperti provenienti da tutta l'India e il mondo. L'umile viaggio di BSFF è iniziato nel 2012 per celebrare i 100 anni di celebrazione del cinema indiano e per salutare il contributo dell'industria cinematografica Kannada allo sviluppo del cinema in India. Il festival fornisce una piattaforma a registi aspiranti e professionisti per mostrare i loro talenti con opportunità di networking e marketing nell'industria cinematografica.
L'obiettivo del festival è quello di creare la cultura dei cortometraggi in India, la promozione dei registi imminenti, lo sviluppo di fonti di generazione di entrate per i cortometraggi e di realizzare cortometraggi un'impresa commerciale. Il BSFF-2012-2021 è stato un grande successo con l'enorme partecipazione di registi provenienti da tutto il paese e dall'estero.
L'obiettivo di BSFF-22 è quello di aumentare e meglio con la partecipazione dei registi. Quest'anno il festival introdurrà altri workshop e master class. Il Miniboxoffice Film Market sarà il momento clou per quei registi che vogliono avventurarsi nella produzione di lungometraggi. Il Malta Short Film Festival è giunto alla sua tredicesima edizione ed è giudicato da una giuria. Ciò consente al cineasta e allo spettatore di comprendere il valore di produzione di ogni voce e la sua capacità di comunicare con il suo pubblico

Montecatini International Short Film Festival, promosso dalla Federazione Italiana Cineclub (Fedic), con le sue 68 edizioni è uno dei festival di cortometraggi più longevi in Europa.
All'inizio, era principalmente destinato alle opere nazionali, ma a partire dagli anni '90, quando il Concorso Nazionale spostato in un'altra piccola città della Toscana, San Giovanni Valdarno, Montecatini si è affermata come vetrina di riferimento a livello internazionale, desiderosa di presentare un enorme panorama di nuove produzioni incentrate su diversi generi e tendenze.
L'obiettivo principale del Montecatini Festival Internazionale del Cortometraggio è quello di dare una visione completa del corto nel panorama cinematografico internazionale, nella sua estensione più ampia, puntando sempre alla qualità dei film e non all'aspetto glamour offrendo una bellissima location in Toscana dove discutere e magari trovare collegamenti per lavori futuri.
Ogni anno il Presidente della Repubblica italiana concede la sua adesione e la sua medaglia al Festival Internazionale del Cortometraggio di Montecatini.
Ultimo ma non meno importante: registi come Franco Piavoli e Nanni Moretti sono da segnalare tra i registi emergenti nei primi 60ties a Montecatini International Short Film Festival.
Since 2003 the international Festival SIGNES DE NUIT is active in Paris, Berlin, Saarbrücken and with special screenings world wide. The festival in Paris actually presents around 300 films coming from around 50 countries at different places in Paris. In Berlin the festival will be performed in the legendary cinema Babylon.
The International Festival SIGNES DE NUIT based in Paris is made up of films, which reflects new views, original imagery and critical approach to the crucial points of the modern human existence. It is a place for cinema that expands its own boundaries, that is astonishing, different, potentially free from the pressure of tradition, ready to give itself to the unpredictable experimentation.
The minor costs of digital production makes an independant- from comercial influences and any kind of censorship- production possible. These independant productions create an alternative, an artistic space very subtle and accessible to all, in contrast to what mass media offer.
This opposition and the preservation of the free cultural space is the goal of the International Festival Signes de Nuit, which has realized screenings and interventions in 29 different countries including Algeria, Australia, Chile, Cuba, Lebanon, Lithuania, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Peru, Russia, Tunisia, Turkey and the United States beside the screenings in main festival in Paris.
The nominated director (producer, or another designated representative from the production team) will be invited to Washington, DC to attend a 4-day festival and other related activities including a post-screening Q&A with the audience and filmmakers’ forum and discussion panel. The festival committee will provide accommodation and food subsidies for the duration of DCCFF to the best of its ability. Finalists are independently responsible for obtaining a visa for travel to the U.S. and travel insurance.

Mission / description MUFF:
The Munich Underground Film Festival, MUFF began in December 2012, when two college friends Heike Mohler & Erika Rahner, decided to organize a totally independent festival in Munich and the two organizers had internet creativity and only then decided to put together a team of friends and some German filmmaker and made MUFF first in 2013, totally haphazardly and rebellious spirit that caused controversy and some processes. The festival takes place every year. Through the festival's official website, online, group discussion and interaction among participants. Through the controversies that hovered the festival, the impact was so great that several support and partnerships were closed with the festival organization. The MUFF is consolidated in the second edition as one of the most respected underground film festivals in Europe.
