Scandinavian International Film Festival (SCIFF) is proud to advance into its third annual, world-class event. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the mission of this exclusive film festival: The Scandinavian International Film Festival serves as a cinematic cultural template for emerging, talented filmmakers who wish to express their uniqueness through the lens of past excellence while exposing themselves to the latest innovative concepts in the arts.
THE SCANDINAVIAN INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL is considered as culture high level event in Helsinki, Finland.
SCIFF creates a wonderful screening environment allowing participants to feature their films in the high quality venues available to the audience in Helsinki. Professionals and industry makers will be invited to evaluate best work to be awarded in the end of the Festival.
The SCIFF’s objective is to highlights today’s conflicts such as Racism, Radicalism and Human crises issues to the Scandinavian and European audience by edifying and developing the Finnish and the international cinematic community, who focuses and faces those topics. This objective cannot be achieved without tight, talented and strong films and filmmakers.

第12回国際短編映画祭「VISION」は、2007年にシベリア（ロシア）で初公開されました。 フェスティバル@@ は、フィクション映画、ドキュメンタリー、アニメーションという3つのノミネートで公式のセレクション映画をデモンストレーションすることを目的としています。 映画評論家や監督によるワークショップや、クリエイティブな専門家とのミーティングも開催されます。 「VISION」フェスティバルの素晴らしい伝統@@ の一つは、観客投票です。 プロの陪審員と並んで、観客はアンケートを記入することによって最高の映画を選ぶようになります。 観客が選んだ最高の映画@@ には特別賞が授与されます。 フェスティバルのスローガン「世界のビジョンを共有する」 は、若い監督の皆さんに世界観を視覚化し、観客と共有するよう呼びかけています。 各作品はユニークで、視聴者の特定のカテゴリに対応しています。 フェスティバルのプログラムを多様で多彩なものにするのに役立ちます。

Horrorvision is organized by Spooky High School and Grace Xtreme Maniac, but we have a number of collaborators, who selflessly and raring help us make this festival possible.

The central theme of this edition is "Territories, showing resistance".
This theme seeks to generate debate and thought about the processes of resistance that are taking place in Colombia regarding the care and dignification of the territories. We start from the relationship of body and territory, and we claim that in that exercise of counting our territories (those we inhabit and those that forced us to leave) and the struggles that are in them, we are revealing resistances.
ACME Comedy Theatre was founded in 1989 as a place for comedians to perform and be discovered. Since then, ACME has helped launch the career of hundreds of comedy writers, directors, producers, and actors.
Today, ACME continues to be a place for comedy performers and writers to be discovered. These days though, new talent is more often discovered through online videos, so ACME developed a new screening series. The screening series is dedicated to bringing the upcoming stars of comedy video to the big screen via ACME Comedy’s own film festival.
In the Summer of 2017 we will be screening films in June, July, August

Cinefest Gato Preto ("Black Cat") is a short-film festival for Brazilians film makers.
We will have a specific focus, trying to give attencion to all areas in cinema: art direction, sound design, editing, scrict, direction, acting, photography and production.
“Territorio Flamenco” is created with the aim of promoting through the cinema another view regarded to the Flamenco as cultural heritage.
This program responds to the intention of dealing with the Flamenco from its cultural environment, anthropologic and social, with special attention to the role of the woman though its evolution.
We want that it would be a tool that open the door to the perception and vision that Spanish artists and world audiovisual artists have from the Flamenco. For this reason, we will give priority to the accessible suggestions to people with audible or visual disabilities.
