NOIA is a university festival that was born in a Brazilian public university, as an initiative of students who wanted to produce their films and find exhibition spaces. It all started in 2002, and both Culture and Education in Brazil were in a very different moment than they are now. The event has accompanied this transformation: it has succeeded, failed, learned, deepened reflections and continues a trajectory marked by growth and the construction of relevance.
In this 23rd edition of NOIA, we are beginning a new stage that reveals a little of this transformation: in addition to the new visual identity in honor of social minorities, we will strengthen our relationship with national and international universities.
We value the dialogues we have always had, but our history is built on Brazilian soil.
The 23rd edition of the NOIA Festival is held by PROPONO Consultoria Executiva and the Ministry of Culture via the Rouanet Law. It is promoted by Canal FDR, Jornal O Povo, Fundação Demócrito Rocha, Fundação Roberto Marinho and Canal Futura.

With the smash success of our inaugural event held in 2014 at the historic Charles Aidikoff screening room in Beverly Hills, our upcoming Hollywood Weekly Magazine Film Festival promises to set new records.
We are now officially accepting new submissions. We are open to all types of projects including animation, horror, dramas, comedies - both shorts and features.
However, due to the recent closure of the Charles Aidikoff screening room, which showcased some of Hollywood's icons film screenings for over 75 years, this year our event will be at a new location. Recently, we accepted an invitation to host Hollywood Weekly Magazine's Film Festival at the world renown Simon Wiesenthal Museum of Tolerance.
A Brief History of the Simon Wiesenthal Museum of Tolerance
The museum features a 300 seat, state-of-the art screening room which lies in the center of the artistically beautiful facility. Also serving as an educational and must see distination for students, tourist and local residents, the museum receives 350,000 visitors annually and is named after Simon Wiesenthal a Holocaust survivor.
At the end of World War II, thousands of Nazis who participated in the systematic murder of some 6,000,000 Jews and millions of Gypsies, Poles and other "inferior" people slipped through the Allied net and escaped to countries around the globe, where many still live in freedom. Simon Wiesenthal, a survivor of the Nazi death camps, dedicated his life to documenting the crimes of the Holocaust and to hunting down the perpetrators still at large."When history looks back," Wiesenthal explained, "I want people to know the Nazis weren't able to kills millions of people and get away with it." His work stands as a reminder and a warning for future generations.
This year, the Hollywood Weekly Magazine Film Festival will proceed the official launch of the American Film Market which takes place later during the week in neighboring Santa Monica, California. Over 8,000 industry leaders, from over 80 countries which will include acquisition and development executives, agents, distributors, producers writers will be attending the annual American Film Market event. We plan to invite VIP's attending the American Film Market to our event and expect many will stop by providing major exposure to all films screened during Hollywood Weekly Magazine's Film Festival.
International Green Culture Festival GREEN FEST is an inclusive event, dedicated to ecological and environmental issues, which, with the use of educational and artistic programs, activities and products aims to enhance the culture of living in accordance with “green” values.
Belgrade’s GREEN FEST is a unique event in the region of South East Europe that binds environmental and cultural activities through film screenings, workshops, lectures, debates, exhibitions and innovations which are shaping this festival into the form that connects and brings together people of all professions and ages.

LE FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL DU FILM DE GIJÓN/XIXÓN (FICX) a pour objectif de présenter une sélection large et variée de films d'auteur actuellement produits dans le monde entier, et particulièrement axée sur les films innovants et les cinéastes émergents. Cinéma de haute qualité, personnel, jeune dans sa forme, avant-gardiste et indépendant au niveau créatif. Reconnu comme « festival spécialisé » par la FIAPF (Fédération internationale des associations de producteurs de films)
Le siège du Festival international du film d'Oruro est situé dans la ville d'Oruro (État plurinational de Bolivie).
La ville est connue pour sa richesse culturelle et folklorique, le carnaval d'Oruro étant sa plus belle expression. Ce carnaval, qui réunit chaque année des milliers de visiteurs nationaux et internationaux, a été déclaré en 2001 « chef-d'œuvre du patrimoine oral et immatériel de l'humanité » par l'UNESCO, reconnaissant ainsi la valeur multiculturelle et religieuse qu'il exprime.
Le Festival, dont la onzième édition se tiendra du 17 au 24 octobre 2025, vise à reconnaître et à diffuser des œuvres cinématographiques nationales et internationales qui témoignent de fortes valeurs artistiques, esthétiques et humaines.

The International Film Festival for Spirituality, Religion, and Visionary (IFFSRV) was established by some individuals who care about human living in peace towards themselves, forming strong and healthy alliances with others in harmony, and having good communication with their Creator despite of their sex, religion, race, and economic status.
The International Film Festival for Spirituality, Religion, and Visionary will act as a mean to sustain and promote the continuity of creativity and artworks produced and carved by filmmakers all over the world in following their dreams and pure calling to make betterment for humanity, as well as to participate in the film industry; to make a better live for each individual despite their differences in belief system.
IFFSRV festival day will be held at the end of November to celebrate the tolerance world day (16 November).
Through this festival, we hope to:
1. Give comfort and consolidation for the people in despair that he or she is never alone and that life is full of hope.
2. Encourage people when facing difficulties because of what they belief.
3. Inspire and enlighten people to find the purpose of their life regardless their belief, economic or cultural background.
4. Help people to have better acceptance towards themselves and enhance self-esteem because each individual are loved by God and they are special and unique in God’s eyes.
5. Inspire people to follow their dream and not easy to give up.
6. Encourage people to follow his and her own mission and path in life.
7. Inspire young generation to have broader mindset and perspective, to think beyond the box, and to be able to accept differences among religions and belief system.
8. Inspire young people to have vision and goal in life and work hard to achieve them.

FESTIFAL est un festival international de courts métrages dont le thème principal est les zones rurales ; il se tient tous les deux ans à Urrea de Gaén (Espagne).
Afin de dynamiser l'atmosphère culturelle de la région, le centre d'études Bajo Martín a proposé en 2009 l'organisation d'un festival international de courts métrages sur des thèmes ruraux.
Cela présente d'autres réalités et environnements ruraux différents des nôtres dans différentes parties de la planète, à travers des documentaires et des films de fiction.
Ce projet est né avec l'idée d'associer le cinéma à l'environnement rural et de le rapprocher des habitants de la région et du grand public. Le festival s'est consolidé édition après édition, augmentant ainsi son importance dans le circuit des festivals. Chaque année, le nombre de propositions reçues augmente, principalement des courts métrages de grande qualité envoyés du monde entier.
Le festival est devenu, au fil des années, un événement incontournable de l'agenda culturel de la région. Il a connu un grand succès, avec un taux de fréquentation élevé, et un grand nombre de spectateurs viennent voir les œuvres finalistes tout au long du concours.

Le Zed Fest Film Festival Independent Spirit Award est décerné chaque année à un cinéaste qui poursuit sa vision du cinéma, du concept au film.
Ce prix a été inspiré par les pionniers du cinéma indépendant Robot Monster (1953), le réalisateur Phil Tucker, Jim Jarmusch, John Waters, Elaine May, John Cassavetes, et Penelope Spheeris, Wes Anderson.
Ces cinéastes ont suivi leur passion pour le cinéma. Ils ont embrassé l'amour du cinéma en tant que forme d'art.
