The Film Festival "Artplay" is intended to prove that the cinema like a kind of art is alive and continues to be developed and served as the source of inspiration for people.

The idea of the Festival is to become the new creative platform for those ones, who are not frightened to open new corners of cinema, as well as, who with help of a certain film try to speak about the present day, just using the bright ideas and his or her inner world. Format of our Festival is short films, social advertisements, and animation films.

Today, any volunteer can become a short film director and show his film to the wide audience and the Elite of Russian film industry.
Panel of judges represents itself 6 judges, who are professional actors, known musicians, and artists, the people whose life is connected with the creativity as the profession.

Artplay Moscow Film Fest will be held from May 19-20, 2016 in the Moscow City, Russia.

Social Advertising:

All the winners of the Festival receive a personalized certificate of the winner in a certain nomination.
Additional prizes and awards can take place for participants of the Festival.

Advertising are being taken for participation in the Contest. Game and animation films also can be a part of the Contest. The most attention will be paid to "Art Mainstream". In other words, to films that are different in having the high art quality and available to maximally wide audience. Moreover, additional "Best 1 Minute Movie" nomination, where the works with running time of not more than one minute will be represented, within the Film Festival exists.
Works shot in 2014-2015 can be also represented in the Contest Program.

All non-English films must have English sub-titles.

All films must be submitted via Online screeners.

Works-in-progress will be considered, provided they will be completed
prior to the Festival.

You may submit more than one film, but you must complete a separate
entry form and pay entry fee for each film.

Language (Subtitle Policy)
For Submission purposes your film may be in any language. However, if not in English the film must have English subtitles.

Social Advertising:

Organizers of the Festival have the right for a non-commercial show of everyone's films of all programmes, as well as the placement on the official website after the end of the Festival with consent of their owners.

The copyrights completely belong to film directors (authors, producers) in accordance with international copyright norms.

All expenditures related to the transfer of documents and copies for the festival should be beared by the applicant. The copies of films sent to the Festival are not given back nor criticized.

The data storage medium with films sent for participation in the International Contest are to be remained in the archive of the Festival.
