For 18 years, the Lapacho Latin American Short Film Festival has strengthened its roots with the exhibition of regional, national and international short films, sharing experiences and promoting meetings between filmmakers from the province of Chaco to the country and the world.
The 2022 edition will take place in mixed mode: in person and virtually simultaneously. In addition to the functions in the theater respecting the care and prevention measures, and for the third consecutive year, the Festival will take place virtually through the page www.cine.chaco.gob.ar, where the complete grid, talks, workshops will be available. and master classes.
As always we will try to promote the meeting between performers, their projects and perspectives towards the future. The actors and actresses, the producers, the technicians, and also the other arts integrated in various forms will have their space in this festival of cinema. And of course, the prominent place will always be for the public that joins us from their seats and from the comfort of their homes.
Das San Pedro International Film Festival wurde gegründet, um die vielfältige Kultur und Gemeinschaft von San Pedro mit einem breiten Spektrum von unabhängigen Filmen, Dokumentationen und Kurzfilmen zu feiern. SPIFF engagiert sich für Filme, die inspirierende Unterhaltung für alle verkörpern. Werke, die frische Stimmen und unterschiedliche globale Perspektiven zum Ausdruck bringen, mit der Absicht, dass diese Filme Publikum erleuchten und gleichzeitig unschätzbare Belichtung für Filmemacher, lokale und internationale.
In unserem ersten Jahr hatten wir das erste Los Angeles Screening von Silver Linings Playbook. In unserem zweiten Jahr waren wir Gastgeber von Ernie LaPointe, Sitting Bulls Un Enkel. Im Jahr 2015 feierten wir den 20. Jahrestag der üblichen Verdächtigen mit Regisseur Bryan Singer. Wir hatten auch zwei Kurzfilme entweder gewinnen oder für einen Oscar nominiert werden! Im Jahr 2017 haben wir mit Regisseur Sean S. Cunningham den 30. Jahrestag des Freitag, den 13. Wir freuen uns sehr über unser siebtes Jahr!
Der fruchtbare amerikanische Schriftsteller und Dichter Charles Bukowski nannte San Pedro 15 Jahre nach Hause. Einige der frühen Kurzfilme von DW Griffith wurden in San Pedro gedreht. Heutzutage findet man eher Filmteams für NCIS, Mad Men und Dexter. Andere Filme, die in San Pedro gedreht wurden, sind „King Kong“, „Chinatown“, „Point Break“, „Stille der Lämme“, „The Usual Suspects“, „Pearl Harbor“, „Titanic“, „500 Days of Summer“ und eine Tonne mehr. SPIFF freut sich, unsere 5. Auflage in einer Stadt mit so reicher Filmgeschichte zu präsentieren.
Cachaça Filmes veranstaltet das Festival seit 2009. Es zieht immer national bekannte Filmemacher und Künstler aus der Region an, um Kultur- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten anzubieten und die Wirtschaft der Region zu fördern. Kurzfristig wollen wir ein „elitäres“ Publikum nach Vila de Paranapiacaba bringen und mittel- und langfristig Kinoproduktionen in die Region bringen.

Das La.Meko Filmfestival Landau ist ein jährliches Filmfestival, das seit 2001 in Landau veranstaltet wird. Veranstalter ist seit 2004 der Verein Filmfestival Landau e.V., der sich der Förderung der Filmkultur in Rheinland-Pfalz verschrieben hat.
Das erste Festival fand am 13. Juli 2001 in den Sälen der Universität Landau statt. Seit 2005 wird das Festival im Universum Kino in Landau durchgeführt.
Das Festival vergibt Preise in mehreren, teilweise jährlich wechselnden Kategorien. Feste Kategorien sind: Jurypreis, Publikumspreis, Regionalpreis. Voraussetzungen für die Teilnahme am Festival sind: keine Filme, die länger sind als 30 Minuten, keine Werbefilme und nicht mehr als zwei Einsendungen pro Teilnehmer.

Founded in 2000, The Valley Film Festival (VFF) is a non-profit project of Community Partners ® and is the first and longest continually running film festival in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley, headquartered in the NoHo Arts District.
Now in its 20th year, VFF supports local and international voices that advance storytelling, while furthering the education, production, and exhibition of film. In 2010, the City of Los Angeles recognized our cultural contributions with the city seal, and in 2018 the California State Senate stood with us #UnitedByFilm in our efforts to practice conscious programming to unite the international film community.

Das 11. Kolkata Shorts Internationales Filmfestival-22 ist eine Verschmelzung von filmischer Kreativität und Wahnsinn der Kinobesucher der schönen Stadt Kalkutta. Die Stadt Kalkutta ist das Zentrum des bengalischen Kinos, ein kulturell reiches und Ziel vieler angehender Filmemacher seit dem vergangenen Jahrhundert. Ziel des Festivals ist es, dem Kurzkino Schwung zu verleihen und das Wachstum neuer Filmemacher zu fördern.
Die bescheidene Reise von KSIFF hat im Jahr 2012 begonnen, um die 100-jährige Feier des indischen Kinos zu feiern und den Beitrag der bengalischen Filmindustrie zur Entwicklung des Kinos in Indien zu begrüßen. Die Festival-Editionen 2012 bis 2021 waren mit Beteiligung aus ganz Indien und ausländischen Nationen ein großer Erfolg und sind das Trendsetter-Festival in Indien und jetzt bei jungen Filmemachern sehr gefragt.
Das Festival bietet aufstrebenden und professionellen Filmemachern eine Plattform, um ihr Talent mit Networking- und Marketingmöglichkeiten in der Filmindustrie zu präsentieren. Das Festival beherbergt auch Meisterkurse und Kurzfilmmarkt. Ziel des Festivals ist es, Kurzfilmkultur zu schaffen, kommende Filmemacher zu fördern, Einnahmequellen für Kurzfilme zu entwickeln und Kurzfilme zu einem kommerziellen Unternehmen zu machen.
