The Kaleidoscope Dreams Foundation invites national and international filmmakers to participate with their short films (animation, documentary, fiction stories, audiovisual in mixed media, music videos, audiovisual stories or poems) in the 9th International Film Festival of Arts for children .
Stories that benefit to children, to talk about children and their life experiences, their families and their relationship with the environment, animals and plants are sought. Everything from peace prospects who call the healthy development of each member of our human community and a harmonious and sustainable relationship for the future. Audiovisual that respond to questions where their dreams are shared and bring happiness to the hearts of our viewers: children and youth between 4 and 17 years, their friends and families.
CINELEBU vise à fournir aux créateurs audiovisuels chiliens et internationaux une plateforme pour la promotion, la commercialisation et la distribution de courts métrages de fiction, de documentaires et d'animation. Le festival promeut la production audiovisuelle de haute qualité technique et artistique, tout en facilitant et en créant des espaces de réseautage, d'opportunités commerciales, de soutien et d'échange pour les œuvres actuelles et futures. Il renforce également la formation, l'éducation et le développement du public.
Le festival aura lieu du 22 au 30 mai 2026 dans la région de Biobío, au Chili, avec des salles principales à Lebu (capitale de la province d'Arauco) et à Concepción. Le festival proposera également des salles de projection virtuelles aux niveaux national et international.

The 2026 edition of the Jaipur International Film Festival (JIFF) was organized for the first time in Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
Now, the 18th edition of the festival will be held in Jaipur.

The 6-th annual international independent short film festival “Cinema Perpetuum Mobile” is a non-profit cultural event. The Organizing committee was formed by the members of kinaklub.org community, which gathers enthusiasts and film-fans devoted to the values of continual and free cinema art.

To promote independent film-making. Short film is a low-budget, and thus, affordable democratic method of art expression. This allows to cover any actual and burning issue while staying laconic.

As reflected in its name, the idea of the festival is to touch upon eternal, perpetual subjects. The measure of how perpetual the subject is, is determined by it’s unquestionable importance and humanistic value. But also, with issues of this kind, a fresh and reasonable view is needed. That is why, both traditional and innovative approaches in interpretation of perpetual subjects are appreciated, as well as the whole spectrum of different cinematic forms — from silent to experimental.
Any interested person, who agrees with principles and ideas presented in the regulations, can become a participant of the festival, without regard to place of residence, age, color, height, weight, marital status and sexual orientation. The requirement for becoming a participant is a filled-in participant’s entry form and a completed film.
Festival screenings and selection of winners will take place simultaneously in Minsk, other locations in Belarus and on our planet as a whole, in April 2015, gathering more and more people who enjoy watching good films and are not indifferent to the problems of mankind.

About The Venue
The Secret Theatre is a custom built theatre and rehearsal rooms facility in the heart of LIC’s artist’s quarter. Resident Company The Queens Players and visiting NY theatre companies can comfortably seat 99 people and the space has a flexibility which allows us to produce shows either as thrust, proscenium, transverse or other styles of theatre. There are three separate clean restrooms, a box office, a gallery/foyer, and a dressing room for the artistes. Our second performance and rehearsal room POCO Space also has two dedicated restrooms and is suitable for small and workshop style shows and rehearsals.
