Puerto Madero IFF is an online annual competition based of the technical execution of films.
All submission are evaluated on each technical category: Script, Cinematography, Sound, Acting and Direction.
At the end of each year we announced the official selection films based on their creativity and technical execution.
Our festival is ONLINE only at the moment, we are working hard to make an annual event with public screening.
All the Official Selections and Winner are posted in our Social Network with a growing audience of more than 4600 followers and also on our web site.
All Official Selection will receive laurels.
The winner film will receive a technical reviews and laurels.
After the successful wrap of 3rd WIIFF, Whatashort is back again with it's 4th Annual Film Festival (WIIFF2018) with a mission to stimulate, promote and enlighten. Let's celebrate short films.

시스테르나 영화제는 매년 7월에 이탈리아 시스테르나 디 라티나에서 열리는 국제 단편 영화제입니다. 수년 동안 이 페스티벌은 현대 단편 영화의 활기찬 만남의 장소로 자리 잡았으며, 전 세계의 신진 영화 제작자와 기존 영화 제작자들의 뛰어난 작품을 선보입니다. 이 페스티벌은 문화 협회인 Mobilitazioni Artistiche가 주최하고 시스테르나 디 라티나 지방 자치 단체가 홍보하며 크리스티안 스카르디뇨가 예술 감독을 맡았습니다.
2015년부터 2025년까지 시스테르나 영화제는 칸, 베니스, 베를린, 선댄스, 클레르몽페랑 등 주요 페스티벌에서 선보인 영화와 아카데미상, 다비드 디 도나텔로상, 세사르상, 고야상 등 가장 권위 있는 영화들이 인정하는 수상작을 포함하여 다양한 국내 및 국제 초연을 선보였습니다.
2017년부터 이 페스티벌은 매년 특정 국가를 대상으로 하는 “포커스” 섹션을 마련하여 영화를 통한 문화 교류와 국제 대화를 장려하고 있습니다. 이 섹션은 2017년 폴란드를 중심으로 로마 폴란드 연구소의 지원을 받아 시작되었으며, 2018년에는 아일랜드 필름 페스타 및 아일랜드 대사관과 협력하여 아일랜드가 설립했습니다. 2019년에는 독일 영화제와 로마 주재 독일 대사관의 지원을 받아 독일로 관심을 돌렸고, 2021년에는 아카데미상 예선 영화제인 드라마 국제 단편 영화제와 협력하여 그리스로 관심을 돌렸습니다.
2022년 치스테르나 영화제는 크로아티아 시청각 센터의 지원을 받아 엄선된 크로아티아 단편 영화를 선보였습니다. 2023년, 이 페스티벌은 예루살렘 프랑스 총영사관 및 팔레스타인 문화부와 협력하여 팔레스타인 영화 제작자들의 단편 영화에 초점을 맞췄습니다. 2025년, 이 페스티벌은 아바나의 시네인스타 페스티벌 (Festival de Cine Instar) 과 협력하여 쿠바에 초점을 맞췄습니다.

최근 수십 년 동안, 그리고 영화의 대부분의 과정을 스캔하는 신기술이 등장하면서 다큐멘터리는 전 세계적으로 악명 높고 체계적인 성장을 이루었습니다. 우리 나라에서는 이전에 거의 오로지 소설에만 관련된 작품이 10년이 넘는 기간 동안 새로운 주제, 새로운 접근 방식, 새로운 지리, 새로운 딜레마로 그 순위를 넓혀 왔습니다.
이러한 맥락에서 FIDBA가 첫 번째로 제안되었습니다. 다큐멘터리 영화의 형식과 행위가 소설의 그것과 다르다고 믿는 한, 같은 팬이 있는 영화라도 그들과 대중과 만나 대화를 나눌 수 있는 이 장르에 전념하는 국제 영화제입니다. 다큐멘터리가 FIDBA의 만남의 장소라면 잘 알려지지 않은 회고록에 대한 보간을 제안하는 것이나 다름없으며, 정지된 현재와 (우리의) 미래를 혼란에 빠뜨리고 있습니다. 그러면 FIDBA는 다큐멘터리를 연계한 관객, 영화제작자, 사상가들 사이뿐만 아니라 우리가 “논픽션”이라고 부르는 것 안에 있는 다른 경계와 이질적 표현에 이 공간을 열어주고 영화의 범위를 넘어서는 현대적 표현으로 대화하도록 장려하는 항상 자극적인 가능성과 관련된 접근 방식이 될 것입니다.
FIDBA는 특정한 역사적, 사회적 맥락에서 우리에게 인간의 삶에 대해 물어볼 수 있는 인간의 초상에 대해 영화를 연구하고 우리를 둘러싼 세계에 대한 지식의 한 형태와 연관되어 있는 영화 제작자들에게 특별한 관심을 기울일 것입니다. 따라서 현실뿐만 아니라 상대방을 촬영하는 것과 관련된 윤리적, 도덕적 관계도 반영하는 것은 작가들입니다.
FIDBA는 현실에 대한 인식을 넓히고자 하는 영화 제작자와 현실을 이해하고 예측하려는 노력을 한 단계 더 발전시킨 영화를 지원하는 곳이 되는 것을 목표로 합니다. 따라서 미학적 독창성이 다큐멘터리에 대한 아이디어뿐만 아니라 동일한 영화와 그 가능성에 대한 생각을 위험에 빠뜨리는 영화에 초점을 맞출 것입니다. 이러한 초점은 현실과 관련하여 카메라 또는 영화의 실제 전면의 상태에 의문을 제기하는 것을 의미하므로 이는 발생하는 매개와도 분리될 수 없습니다.
제20회 리버 영화제는 2026년 6월 3일부터 20일까지 이탈리아 파도바에서 열리는 국제 영화제입니다.
이 페스티벌은 영화를 연구하는 문화 협회가 주최하고 파두아 시의회, 베네토 지역, 이탈리아 문화부의 지원을 받습니다.

Each three months our jury determines the best films in each category. Note that we do NOT screen films online or onsite. The films are screened privately by the jury. Brasília Animation Festival is the firts International Film Festival in Brasília, exclusevily for animation movies. The short films selected will be displayed between 04 and October 06, 2019. Rural FilmFest, member of Green Film Network (GFN) and Pantalla Federation, is an international itinerant film festival, which offers a current overview of international documentary film, fiction and animation in a short, medium and long format related to the rural world, ecology, sustainability and natural and cultural resources. L’associazione culturale La Guarimba ha come obiettivo quello di riportare il cinema alla gente e la gente al cinema. Questa motivazione ci ha portato a riparare un vecchio cinema all’aperto di 938 posti in Calabria; ad organizzare un festival del cortometraggio internazionale con ingresso libero; a creare La Scuola Delle Scimmie in Puglia, un processo di formazione di cinema e di illustrazione indipendente per 45 ragazzi; ci ha fatto creare La Guarimba On Tour dove ogni anno portiamo la nostra selezione di cortometraggi in giro per il mondo; e infine, ad agosto 2015, abbiamo organizzato la prima conferenza europea di Vimeo, il più grande distributore di cinema online diretto.

International Poetry Film Festival dedicated to all genres of poetry film: experimentals, schrift films, animations and essay films. Side program with international films, performances & lectures. The festival will take place bi-annually alternating to the German Poetry Film Festival ZEBRA. (Berlin/Münster).
Experimental Forum is an international performance, film and video art festival showcasing experimental film and artists’ moving image from new directors and innovative video artists from around the globe, with the third edition taking place in Los Angeles in November 2018. Our aim is to provide a supportive platform for the exciting and challenging work that is outside the scope of mainstream film festivals and art galleries.
We welcome experimental cinema pieces (abstract, narrative or documentary), video art works, essay films, artists’ moving image and media art, as well as documentary and narrative films that seek to expand, redefine or reconfigure the means and ends of their respective fields. Experimental Forum exists to provide access to, and develop audiences for, artists’ moving image work and is committed to engaging local audiences with new and/or unheard voices in film.
We are particularly interested in works made by early stage filmmakers and artists whose work is underrepresented. We provide a collaborative platform for moving image works made for the gallery and for the cinema with the aim of building a community across disciplinary and institutional faultlines.
The Paris Play Film Festival receive films from all over the world, and proceeds to a quality selection.
We bring online your trailer your poster and your plot, and we nominate movies. We do NOT stream your films online.
In the end we reveal the winners and send you laurels and an official diploma.
Once a year we get the best of the best of all sessions and these films screen in Paris.
