Conecta FICTION & ENTERTAINMENT opens the different Calls for Projects for its seventh edition. Projects of any nationality from production companies -and scriptwriters in the case of Pitch Feelgood Formats- both fiction and entertainment will be evaluated by the different Editorial Committees to bring to Conecta a careful selection of the best projects in each category.
FICTION
PITCH COPRO SERIES – International co-production projects of series or mini-series for television. Term open until March 28.
PITCH HIGH-END SERIES – High budget projects with great audience potential and elements that make them especially attractive (international co-productions, being supported by talents such as writers, directors, cast, etc., being based on pre-existing material such as podcasts, video games, literary works, theater, etc.). Term open until March 28.
PITCH MUSIC SERIES – Fiction series or mini-series projects, in which music plays a fundamental role. Term open until April 3.
NON-FICTION
PITCH DOCUDRAMA SERIES – Docudrama series projects, that is, documentary series that include fictionalized recreations. Term open until April 4.
ENTERTAINMENT
PITCH FEELGOOD FORMATS – Television format projects with elements of humor or that seek to make the viewer smile. Term open until April 4.
#LINK is the Industry area of FIDBA, a space designed to promote documentary film production in Argentina and Latin America and its regional and international connection. Through pitchings, laboratories, conferences, seminars and work in progress, this program places emphasis on emerging non-fiction filmmakers and producers who develop their future films, find partners, receive feedback and establish work networks to promote their documentaries.

.8 is a film acting and directing laboratory for filmmakers, actors and actresses interested in living an EXPERIENCE of EXPERIMENTATION and creative EXPLORATION. With the aim of creating, making and launching a micro web series, delving into the practical and theoretical problems of micro stories as a reflective exercise that gives continuity to cinematographic creation.

EXP.8 - Canal ocho
The fantastic genre has proven to be extremely versatile and profound throughout the history of cinema, allowing for deep reflections on our human condition and society. Iconic filmmakers have seen in the fantastic genre the opportunity to make serious ethical and aesthetic statements. This workshop is an invitation to explore the fantastic genre from an authorial perspective, aiming to write stories with artistic value and meaningful content.
Thus, the workshop serves as a meeting space for screenwriters interested in fantastic genres, focusing on reflecting on the aesthetic and narrative codes of these genres to enhance their stories and advance their screenwriting for feature films. The work during the workshop will be based on the treatment.

FantasoLab - Screenwriting Workshop
The activities program includes
Blood Window LAB: Advisory sessions with industry representatives and fantasy film specialists. During the sessions, the authors will have the opportunity to pitch and promote their projects before a jury and select audience made up of industry professionals. The projects participate for participation prizes in workshops and international industry events.
FANT.LATINA: New call that proposes to give visibility to the work of Latin American filmmakers who have fantastic and horror film projects.
Within the framework of the Blood Window program, pitch and advisory sessions will be held for the representatives of the selected projects.
Screenings: Exclusive screenings for the film industry in post-production and market premiere.
Meeting Tables: Meetings scheduled with industry specialists that support the development of new talent.
Meeting With The Fantastic Film Festivals: Meetings with the directors and programmers of the most outstanding fantastic film festivals in the world.
