Pitch Innova Formats is an international call for creators and producers with entertainment program projects such as reality shows, talent shows, factual programs, game/quiz shows, and more—projects that are disruptive and redefine the way content is created, financed, produced, presented, and consumed.

Encuentros Australes – Cine Chileno del Futuro 2026 (Development Section) is an industry-focused program held in Chile as part of FICValdivia. It is designed to support Chilean film projects in development, with a particular focus on feature-length fiction and documentary films that have reached an advanced stage of scriptwriting and production development.

The call is open exclusively to Chilean projects submitted by Chilean filmmakers or permanent residents of Chile and does not accept international applications. The initiative combines elements of a development lab and industry market, providing tailored mentorship, professional guidance, training opportunities, and networking activities with audiovisual industry experts.

The application deadline is June 10, 2026. Selected projects will take part in online mentorship sessions between August and September 2026, followed by in-person activities during October 2026 as part of FICValdivia. The program also includes a follow-up period extending through January 2027.

The Euro Atlantic Series Co-Pro Pitch, organized by Iberseries & Platino Industria in Madrid, Spain, is an initiative designed to promote international co-production of European fiction series, docuseries, and animation projects at an advanced stage of development. The submission deadline is June 11, 2026, at 16:00 (GMT+2), while the event will take place from September 29 to October 2, 2026, at Matadero Madrid.

The call is open to production companies based in Europe, allowing international participation within the European framework, with priority given to Atlantic axis countries and territories with strong co-production potential. It is not globally open but is European-focused with international collaboration intent.

Eligible projects include fiction series, docuseries, and animated series in advanced development, requiring at least a first season concept and secured pilot financing. The initiative targets projects with strong international co-production and financing potential.

Only series formats are accepted, including fiction, documentary series, and animation, aimed at the international market. The program focuses on pitching, co-production, and audiovisual market development activities for high-level industry networking and financing opportunities.

The call for the FICVIÑA Industry 2025 Business Table targets Latin American feature-length film projects in development, both fiction and nonfiction, with a minimum duration of 70 minutes. Projects must have a completed script and at least 20% secured financing. Films in Spanish or other languages with subtitles are accepted.

Filmmakers, producers, and creative teams from Ibero-America, especially Chile and Latin America, seeking international co-production are eligible. Selected projects will participate in business meetings with potential co-producers, distributors, and audiovisual market agents.

Applications are open until September 15, 2025, and the event will take place from November 24 to 29 in Viña del Mar, Chile. To apply, complete the form available on the festival’s official website.

The Thinking Like a Producer: Creative Business Strategy Workshop is an in-person training program taking place in Madrid, Spain, as part of Iberseries & Platino Industria 2026. It is designed for producers, directors, screenwriters, and development executives seeking to strengthen the strategic, creative, and commercial foundations of their audiovisual projects.

The call is open to participants from the Ibero-American audiovisual industry and welcomes fiction projects in both series and feature film formats. The workshop will be held over two days during the event, which runs from September 29 to October 2, 2026, and will focus on business models, project positioning, and decision-making from a producer’s perspective.
