The 19th TODOS SANTOS FILM FESTIVAL (FCTS) to be held from November 24 to November 26, 2023, call filmmakers from Baja California Sur or residents of Mexico to participate with their Cineminuto films in a competition inspired by the ecology of Baja California Sur and caring for your environment.

My town without garbage, sponsored by Cero Basura, is the project of 19 FCTS who, since its creation, has been dedicated to the conservation of our environment, through the dissemination of its films, documentaries, animations and its films produced by the School Cinema film Leonardo Perel.

Through the powerful of film, we creatively express in direct and concise messages the beauty of BCS, the need to protect our seas, towns and cities, the richness of its flora and fauna in our peninsula. The FCTS will disseminate the most outstanding films produced during the next 19th edition, as well as in collaboration events with other festivals and film clubs.

The winner of this selection will be awarded the “CACTUS DE TODOS SANTOS” prize,
sculpture produced by a local artist and a GO-PRO camera.

The 19th TODOS SANTOS FILM FESTIVAL (FCTS) to be held from November 24 to November 26, 2023, call filmmakers from Baja California Sur or residents of Mexico to participate with their Cineminuto films in a competition inspired by the ecology of Baja California Sur and caring for your environment.

1- Productions (fiction, animation, documentary) by BCS, nationals or residents of Mexico may participate with a duration of up to 3 minutes including credits filmed only on the following digital devices: cell phones, tablets, and Go-pro cameras.

2- The selected productions, winning or not, may participate in the 19 FCTS 2023 or in parallel activities of extension or collaboration with other institutions according to the programming.

3- Once the participation is accepted, the film cannot be withdrawn from the final selection.

4- Authorization is required for its projection, either online or in person, by the author who owns the economic rights, accrediting its temporary and territorial ownership, granting the FCTS the right to distribute, transmit, and exhibit on its own or through third parties in the territory of Mexico.

5- The Jury will be made up of a prestigious group of experts in international cinematography designated by the FCTS who may award special mentions and whose decision will be final.

6- The selected productions will be announced in the different official electronic media of the FCTS

7- The registration of the applicants assumes the acceptance of the bases of this call.
