Prizes. All the finalist will take part of the prizes, which will be the following:
Jury Award to the Best Short Film: 500 € and certificate.
Second Prize to Best Short Film: Distribution of short film in festivals through an online registration platform and certificate.

I Halloween Film Fest Rules

The conditions to entry in the first edition of Halloween Film Fest, which is taking place in Alicante on 31th of October 2014, are as follow:

1) Films. Fiction or animation horror short films and documentaries about horror, produced after the 1st of January 2012 could be presented. They should last no more than 30 minutes.

2) Nationality. This festival has international character, so films from any country will be accepted. If the language of the play is different from Spanish, it will include Spanish subtitles.

3) Each director, productor or distributor could present as many films as wished, whenever.

4) Sending short films. Through enabled online platform: www.festhome.com

5) Dead line. The period to receive the films will be opened from the 25th of July 2014 to the 25th of September 2014 , until 23:59, when it will be closed.

6) A selection comitee of the festival will be in charge to choose those films that will be shown in the program of public proyections during the film festival.

7) Prizes. All the finalist will take part of the prizes, which will be the following:
Jury Award to the Best Short Film: 500 € and certificate.
Second Prize to Best Short Film: Distribution of short film in festivals through an online registration platform and certificate.

8) Jury. The jury will be composed by three invited from the team of the festival organization.

9) Judgement. The judgement will take place two days after the festival on our website.

10) For those short films taking part in the competition, a copy of better quality than the one sent to any of the platforms could be requested, can be done through any online service that allows us to download the short film.

11) The competitors will be responsible that no third right exist on the films presented. The participant will respond from eventual claims.

12) The participants, only by entering, allow all the actions within the program of the film festival, as well as other actions of promotional kind, never will be transfered to a third person. Neither will be broadcast on tv or internet.

13) The inscription and sending of the short films suposes the acceptation of the present conditions.
