In the heart of the Italian summer, amid the charm of Puglia, and the warmth of Manduria, The Comedy Film Fest – Manduria stands out as a high-profile cinema and entertainment festival. Over three days, the festival features film previews and hilarious live shows, all centered around the theme of great Italian and international comedy, accompanied by music and entertainment.

The event calendar is divided into various areas within the Municipality of Manduria. The Main Event takes place at the Archaeological Park of the Messapiche Walls, where a large open-air arena is set up. This venue hosts the main national events with prominent guests from the world of cinema, music, and entertainment. Additionally, various locations in the surrounding area will host a rich series of collateral events, including activities promoting the region, entertainment shows, training and educational programs, commercial activities, and lively evening events.

The fusion of cinema and music is of paramount importance. With this foundation, the festival offers a program of significant musical events seamlessly integrated into the overall schedule, enriching the experience for the audience.

General Rules:

1) We accept FEATURE FILMS and SHORT FILMS from ALL OVER THE WORLD

2) The films must belong to the genre of COMEDY or with COMEDIC ELEMENTS

3) Film submissions to Comedy Film Fest are FREE OF CHARGE

4) A selected film must not have a public release (theatrical, streaming, online) prior to the current edition of Comedy Film Fest (July 11-13, 2024).

5) We select films that are completed only in the 12 months prior to our current festival edition.

6) Comedy Film Fest does not pay any fee to screen films in its official program. No exceptions.

A) For Short Films. Maximum runtime 30 MIN
B) For Feature Films. Maximum runtime 120 MIN
