CINEMAGIA Movie Awards is an ambitious and magical online independent international film festival that was born, thanks to an intuition of the Artistic Director Daniele Gangemi, as an offshoot of the prestigious CINEMAGIA ONLINE online cinema platform and multiplex, an authoritative point of reference for international independent cinema, which offers production of a virtual multiplex for the launch of their works, accompanying them by the hand in the impervious and difficult distribution path that will eventually lead them to a well-deserved meeting with the public.
The declared goal of the CINEMAGIA Movie Awards is to search and find the true talents of the independent cinema around the world and give them the necessary prominence to become the celebrities of the future.
Only those who hold the rights to a work can register it for the CINEMAGIA Movie Awards, by paying the registration fee provided for by the CINEMAGIA Movie Awards and having the right, if interested, to the publication of their works, if they are officially selected by the jury, to publish them in the multiplex of the CINEMAGIA Online platform, from the moment of selection of the works up to the awarding of the prizes.

CHAPTER I.
CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2021 FEATURE FILMS
Article 1. Elegibility Conditions for Selection of Feature Films
1. Feature Films, without prejudice to genre and style shall be considered eligible for participation in the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2023.
All submitted films must have a duration between 70 and 180 minutes and must have been completed after 31 December 2018.
2.The material sent will not be returned and will be kept in the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS archives for study, promotional purposes or to be the subject of other reviews, in which case the Management will make arrangements with the entitled parties.
Article 2. Terms and methods of registration:
1.Registration for the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2023 in the Feature Films Section costs 9.99 (nine, ninety nine) US dollars - 8.99 (eight, ninety nine) US dollars for students and 7.99 (seven , ninety nine) US dollars for PRO of the Festhome platform.
2. Candidates must submit their works through the Festhome platform (no later than September 12th, 2023).
Article 3. Feature film awards
1.The Jury, referred to in Article 14, shall grant the following prize to a feature film among all those selected for the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2023:

The Jury will also have the right to assign one or more of the distinguishing prizes to one or more works chosen from among all the works selected in the three categories dedicated to feature films (feature films, animated feature films and horror feature films) for the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2023:
- Best Director;
- Best Screenplay.
- Best Leading Actor
- Best Actress in a Leading Role
- Best Supporting Actor
- Best Supporting Actress
- Best Cinematography
- Best Film Editing
- Best Makeup and Hairstyling

3. The public, through the CINEMAGIA ONLINE platform, will have the opportunity to vote for the works in competition. The feature film that obtains the most votes will win the following prize:

2. The material sent will not be returned and will be kept in the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS archives for study, promotional purposes or to be the subject of other reviews, in which case the Management will make arrangements with those entitled to it.
Article 5. Terms and methods of registration:
1. Registration for the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2023 in the Short Films Section costs 4.99 (four, ninety-nine) US dollars - 3.59 (three, fifty-nine) US dollars for students and 3.00 (three) dollars US dollars for Pro of the Festhome platform.
2. Candidates must submit their works through the Festhome platform no later than Septemberr 12th, 2023.
Article 6. Awards for short films
1. The Jury, referred to in Article 14, shall gran the following prize to a short film among all those selected for the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2023:

Article 10. Elegibility Conditions for Selection of Music Videos
1. The Music Videos, without prejudice to genre and styles, shall be considered eligible for participation in the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2023.
All the presented music videos must have a duration between 0 and 7 minutes and must have been completed after 31 December 2018.
2. The material sent will not be returned and will be kept in the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS archives for study, promotional purposes or to be the subject of other reviews, in which case the Management will make arrangements with those entitled to it.
Article 11. Terms and methods of registration:
1. Registration for the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2022 in the Music Video Section costs 4.99 (four, ninety-nine) US dollars - 3.59 (three, fifty-nine) US dollars for students and 3.00 (three) dollars US dollars for PRO of the Festhome platform.
2. Candidates must submit their works through the Festhome platform no later than September 12th, 2023.
Article 12. Awards for music videos
1. The Jury, referred to in Article 14, shall gran the following prize to a Music Video from among all those selected for the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2023:

2. The public, through the CINEMAGIA ONLINE platform, will have the opportunity to vote for the works in competition. The video clip that obtains the highest number of votes will win the following prize:
- Audience Award for Best Music Video
CHAPTER V
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 13. Selection of works
1. The CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2023 Management will communicate the results of the selections through the Festhome platform by September 18th, 2023.
2. The selected authors must thereupon submit, no later than 12 december 2022, under the penalty of exclusion from the competition, the HD copy of the film to be screened during the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2021 in .MOV or .MP4 - H.264 format. - 30-BIT in order to carry out the technical tests. The Management reserves the right to request the replacement of copies that are inadequate for a good public screening.
3. The Jury will have the discretion to accept Feature Films, Documentary Short Films, and Music Videos in the OUT OF COMPETITION section; they will be considered for a screening outside the competition.
Article 14. Jury
1. The Creator, Founder and Artistic Director of the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2023 Daniele Gangemi will appoint a Jury composed of a President of the Jury and a number of jurors from two to five. A representative of the Management of the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2023 will have the right to attend the voting operations of the jurors of the Jury with exclusive assistance functions in matters of regulation and practice.
2. The decisions of the Jury are indisputable and unappealable.
Article 15. Winners
1. The producers of the awarded works undertake to report the words "CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2022" and the OFFICIAL LOGO of the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2023 in the opening and closing credits, in the press releases and in all the material of advertising and information both in print and in other media, none excluded.
Article 16. General rules
1. It is the responsibility of the authors who enter their works in the Competition to ensure that they are legitimately authorized to do so by any rights holders.
2. Registering the work in the competition exempts the managers of the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2023 from any liability regarding the use of the work and the payment of prizes.
3. All issues not covered by these Regulations are the responsibility of the Governing Council of the organizing association, which has the power to derogate from the Regulations in particular and well-motivated cases.
Article 17. Arbitrary clauses
1. Any dispute that should arise between the participants and the CINEMAGIA MOVIE AWARDS 2023 shall be devolved to the final decision of an arbitration panel composed of three friendly composer arbitrators, who will judge "ex bono et aequo" without procedural formalities, without prejudice to the parties' contradiction, within 60 days of the appointment.
2. Their decision shall have the effect of an agreement directly reached between the parties.
3. The arbitrators are appointed one by each of the parties and the third by the first two, or in the absence of agreement, by the president of the Court of Rome, who will also appoint the arbitrator for the party that has failed to do so.

CONCLUDING PROVISIONS
Article 18. Miscellaneous
1.The Jury, referred to in article 32, will have the right of final decision on everything not expressly specified in these Rules. Participation in the Competition implies acceptance of all the conditions set out in these Rules.
Article 19. Award ceremony
1. The Award Ceremony, relating to the Works in competition referred to in Section I, is scheduled for September 21th, 2023 online on the CINEMAGIA ONLINE platform and / or in attendance at a time and in a place to be determined.
