International Green Culture Festival GREEN FEST is an inclusive event, dedicated to ecological and environmental issues, which, with the use of educational and artistic programs, activities and products aims to enhance the culture of living in accordance with “green” values.

Belgrade’s GREEN FEST is a unique event in the region of South East Europe that binds environmental and cultural activities through film screenings, workshops, lectures, debates, exhibitions and innovations which are shaping this festival into the form that connects and brings together people of all professions and ages.

Program of Festival is divided on three parts:
GREEN SCREEN – International environmental film program,
GREEN FIELD – International education program
GREEN SQUARE – International exhibition program

Films will be awarded in the following categories:
- Best of the Fest
- Best Serbian Film
- Best Nature Film
- Best Animated film
- Best Short Film
- Best Film up to 1 minute
- Best Youth Film (up to 30 years of age)

Films produced after the January 1st 2014, and up to 60 minutes in length will be taken in to consideration for screening and Awards.

The entries should be submitted by September 15th 2016.

The list of final selections will be published up to October 20th 2016, on the festival’s website www.greenfest.rs.

The applicants need to submit following:

- via internet:

• Filled entry form (all necessary documents are available at www.greenfest.rs);

• 1 copy of the film in one of the following video formats: AVI, MP4 - via internet portal for documents sending (wetransfer.com, sendspace.com) on the address film@greenfest.rs;

• Or through the film submission portals

- via post office:

• Filled entry form (all necessary documents are available at www.greenfest.rs);

• 2 CD or DVD copies of the film in one of the following video formats: AVI, MP4, DVD;

The entry forms and films should be submitted by courier to:

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

• Films considered for screening in the official selection will be shown in the Program of International Environmental Film Festival „Green Screen Fest within International Green Culture Festival “Green Fest”;

• Films that are submitted for consideration will remain in the Festival’s archives;

• All films MUST be subtitled in English, except films which have only English as spoken language;

• The organizers retain rights to use the films solely for promoting “Green Fest” and it’s values;

• The organizers confirms that films will not be screened commercially;

• For the screening of the films that are selected in programs of “Green Fest” no fees will be paid;
