The short films in competition must have a minimum duration of 5 minutes and a maximum of 20 minutes.
Themes dealing with or praising totalitarian ideologies of any kind, discriminatory against gender identity, religious beliefs or ethnic minorities of any kind are NOT admitted for all categories.
